The 21st Century Democrats hosted their first annual Youth Leadership Speaker Series at the Library of Congress. The free event, which invited Congresswoman Betsey Markey (D-CO) and Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA), was held primarily for congressional interns, College Democrat Associations at colleges in the District of Columbia, and general members of the public. Markey told the future democratic leaders not to fall into party politics and vote for what you feel is right, while Frank extolled virtues of partisanship.
